Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Missy Brown.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 14 days
  • The product is in its original packaging and in a resale able condition
  • The product isn’t used, damaged or washed
  • Shoes have not been worn and show no signs of wear
  • Items still have the Missy Brown tags attached
  • Items have no make-up stains or marks
  • Hygiene seal has not been removed if it’s underwear or swimwear
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • The products are free from scents such as perfumes/deodorants/smoke etc.

Products that do not meet these criteria WILL NOT be considered for return.

Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase, along with a returns note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to:

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Missy Brown.

Damaged/Faulty items
If you received a damaged or faulty product, please notify us immediately via email at info@missybrown.com and if damaged: please send a picture of the damaged item.

Sale items
50% OFF sale items are NON REFUNDABLE, should you wish to return ONLY a store credit will be provided.
